• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

By registering an account on bit88, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of bit88 services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bit88. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bit88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: bit88 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address.
• Account Suspension: bit88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

bit88 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Currency: All transactions on bit88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bit88 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the bit88 platform. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses. bit88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Responsible Deposits: bit88 encourages players to set deposit limits as part of responsible gaming. Deposit limit tools are available in your account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

bit88 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

• Fair Play: All games on bit88 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) from accredited third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by bit88 or any third party.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, bit88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. bit88 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected during a game, bit88's system will attempt to complete the game round according to the game's rules. bit88 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. bit88 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Game Rules: Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.

bit88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on your gaming session duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the bit88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or use the content of the bit88 platform for public or commercial purposes without the prior written permission of bit88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bit88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bit88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any content or conduct of third parties on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service.

bit88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bit88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bit88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bit88 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. bit88 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), and all gaming activities on the platform are subject to applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

bit88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bit88 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
